Five-star cornerback recruit Dijon Lee is projected to commit to the Alabama Crimson Tide over the Georgia Bulldogs and others, per 247Sports. Lee plans to announce his commitment on June 28.
The elite defensive back prospect recently cut down his top schools list to four college football programs. Lee’s top four schools are Georgia, Washington, Alabama and Texas A&M.
Lee is a member of the class of 2025 and has rare size for a player at his position. The 6-foot-4, 190-pound cornerback plays high school football for Mission Viejo High School in Mission, Viejo, California.
Lee has taken official visits this summer with each of his top four schools. The elite defensive back checked out Georgia on June 7, Washington on May 31, Texas A&M on June 14 and Alabama on June 21. Additionally, Lee has a visited with Texas on June 12.
Lee is ranked as the No. 22 recruit in the senior class and the fourth-ranked cornerback. He’s the top-ranked recruit in California in the class of 2025.
Georgia has done an elite job of recruiting top secondary talent in recent years, but so has Alabama. The Crimson Tide are showing no signs of slowing down in recruiting under head coach Kalen DeBoer. In fact, Alabama currently has the top recruiting class in the SEC for the 2025 recruiting cycle.

The Bulldogs had three defensive backs drafted in the 2024 NFL draft, so Georgia has a strong pitch to offer for defensive back recruits. Georgia signed the nation’s No. 1 class of 2024 and is working to bring in another elite recruiting class.
