Michigan basketball looked as if it was en route to a rout on Sunday as it opened up Big Ten play hosting Penn State, but the Nittany Lions had other plans.
The Wolverines had a 15-point advantage late in the first half, but went cold from the floor, while PSU heated up, taking a lead early in the second.
But, the maize and blue were still the better team, ultimately being able to separate just enough to win the game, taking Penn State down to the tune of 62-to-58.
Here’s our five takeaways from Michigan’s sixth win of the 2020-21 season.
