All-around offense
Josh Allen was good. Devin Singletary was good. What more could Bills fans want?
Maybe some more points, but heck, the Bills were four-point favorites in this one and won by 17. Josh Allen only had 185 yards passing, but he finally hit that long-awaited deep ball on a 34-yard touchdown to John Brown to bury the Broncos. That pass and his 56 yards rushing came against the fourth-best defense in the NFL, mind you. Allen hasn’t gotten it done against good defenses. This was proof he can.
Along with Allen, the Bills had a big game on the ground as well. Devin Singletary had the first 100-yard rushing game of his career with 106 yards on 21 carries. Frank Gore crossed his way into history as well. He jumped over Barry Sanders on the all-time rushing list, sitting at third.
After weeks of only one of Buffalo’s running backs having a good game, they both did, Gore had 15 carries and 66 rushing yards. Aside from settling for two field goals early instead of touchdowns which kept things close, there’s not much more you could’ve asked for from Buffalo’s offense.
