Could this be it for Tom Brady against the Bills?
Let’s dig deep into the Patriots offense now and the biggest question. Could this be the last time the Bills see Tom Brady?
Brady is 42 years old… so for football standards he’s been old for awhile now. But this year is different. This year the Patriots offense isn’t doing well and, in fact, is kind of holding back the team. Over the past six games, Buffalo’s offense actually averages more points per game, 22 to 20, respectively. Brady has openly discussed being frustrated about the sitation.
So that begs the question, does Brady decide to hang it up after the season then? There’s been plenty of rumblings, but of course, things aren’t all on Brady. His playmakers this season are completely depleted. On top of that, his offensive line has been in-flux all year long with players going in and out of the lineup. Brady could decide those things will improve in 2020, but we can hope anyway.
When we talk about the inefficiency of the Patriots passing game, this is what we're talking about – some bad throws, some miscommunications. Very unlike them and him – meaning Tom Brady. The video certainly supports the theory of an elbow injury. pic.twitter.com/qYcWASHNqA
