Which offense can make enough plays?
Let’s face it, this one is all about defense.
Both of these sides have been one of the top-three defensive units all season, along with the 49ers. The highlighted defensive “showdown” will be between Buffalo’s Tre’Davious White and New England’s Stephon Gilmore. Can one of those two make a game-changing play? In addition, both sides have an ability to take the ball away, with the Patriots leading the league in that category with 35.
Really what this one comes down to is, can one of these two up-and-down offensive units make a play… maybe even two or three, to put points on the board? Their first meeting this year mirrored this philosophy, as the final was 16-10 in favor of the Pats.
