The Alabama Crimson Tide travel to Austin, Texas where they will face the Texas Longhorns in the most highly anticipated non-conference matchup of the season. Alabama enters the game as a rather large favorite.
This is the first time these two universities have met since their clash in the 2009 National Title game when Alabama came out victorious 37-21. Aside from that, there are plenty of other intriguing headlines such as former Tide offensive coordinator, Steve Sarkisian, taking over the reins at Texas to take on his old boss. Additionally, a few Alabama players have used the transfer portal to wind up at Texas like Agiye Hall and Jahleel Billingsley. Regardless of what Coach Saban says, this one is personal.
