Van Jefferson, WR Florida
the Raiders wide receivers not finding ways to separate consistently was a massive topic of conversation as we roll into the offseason. The scouting department will be out in full effect, attempting to find upgrades to the position throughout the free-agent and draft process. One of the top receivers at the senior bowl is Van Jefferson from Florida.

Jefferson comes with NFL pedigree with his father Shaun Jefferson playing in the NFL, who played 13 seasons in the league. Jefferson played four years at Florida with 2159 career yards and 16 touchdowns. While he doesn’t have the production of the other top receivers of this class where sets himself apart is his route running.
The former Florida player is one of the cleanest route runners in the class and consistently gets open against press coverage. He shined against one of the best corners in the country facing LSU, making Devin Singletary look silly on multiple occasions. If the Raiders are looking for separation, look no further for Jefferson.
