Like the Raiders, the Jaguars have two first-round picks (No. 9 and 20 overall) and while that gives them the flexible to move up if needed, it’s also possible (though, unlikely) that they could stay put and still land Tagovailoa at No. 9.
The offensive line, including former Crimson Tide standout left tackle Cam Robinson, is good enough to give Tagovailoa adequate protection, and the receiving targets, while not complete, has some options with D.J. Chark and Dede Westbrook.
It seems like Jacksonville is committed to Gardner Minshew as its starter, but a talent of Tagovailoa’s caliber would be hard to pass up.
