Cole Beasley: 127th overall; WR52
Cole Beasley was one of Josh Allen’s favorite targets last season, catching 67 passes on 106 targets. He operates out of the slot, so he is a good option for PPR leagues. Beasley added six touchdowns last year, which was good for a career-high.
In terms of fantasy football, Beasley a high-floor player. In nine of 15 games last year, Beasley registered at least four catches, but on occasion, that always didn’t come with the yards. When it did, Beasley produced yardages of 83, 75, 110, and 108. His six sores also came in six different outings.
Josh Allen: 84th overall, QB7
Josh Allen chimes in as a first-tier option in fantasy football next year. There’s still a bit to be desired with his passing stats, as he averaged 193 passing yards per game last year.
But add in his production the run game (averaging 32 rushing yards per game) and an improved touchdown-to-interception ratio, and there’s a top fantasy quarterback. Last season Allen appeared to be a fringe type of fantasy quarterback. Once you do that for so long, you eventually creep into the consistent grouping, and Allen has.
Allen had 29 total touchdowns last year. With another season under his belt in Daboll’s system, and that number should increase.
