NASCAR left Atlanta Motor Speedway with much to be excited about as the sport looked toward the first intermediate track race of the 2024 season. Las Vegas Motor Speedway represented the start of non-superspeedway racing in the sport’s third weekend. Overall, it was a very fun three days as NASCAR crowned three winners.
Most notably, Kyle Larson swept the NASCAR Cup Series race at Las Vegas and held off Tyler Reddick’s late push at the end of the event. It was refreshing to see drivers wheel their cars on long runs and spread themselves out from each other. It may not have replicated the finish at Atlanta, but it was still a good weekend.
