4. CB Amik Robertson, Raiders
Another Raiders’ selection appears on this list as the Raiders stole arguably the best slot cornerback in the draft in Amik Robertson. After a highly productive career at Lousiana Tech, Robertson fell to the bottom of the fourth round due to size and injury concerns. But if he is healthy, you can make a case that Robertson was one of the best defensive players in the entire draft.
Look for Robertson to compete for slot snaps as a rookie and potentially take over Lamarcus Joyner’s job after the 2020 season.
Robertson shares a lot of similarities to Tyrann Mathieu of the Chiefs and could prove to be the same type of player in the NFL. He’s a perfect fit in Paul Guenther’s defense and could become one of their best players in due time.
