2. FS Grant Delpit, Browns

After addressing their offensive line need in the first round with Alabama tackle Jedrick Willis, the Browns traded down in the second round and were still able to pick up arguably the best safety in the class in Grant Delpit.

Delpit was the 2019 Jim Thorpe Award winner as he was named the nation’s top defensive back. However, he fell in the 2020 draft due to some tackling concerns. But he will now be paired with hard-hitting safety Karl Joseph and should bring playmaking to a secondary that desperately needs it. Expect Delpit to be a Day 1 starter for the Browns and an impact player in 2020.
