With the college football regular season winding down, and the playoffs and bowl games are right around the corner, the 2021 NFL draft seems that mcuh closer.
Though, it is still many months away, it’s never too early to get a general idea of where players stand and which NFL teams are eyeing specific positions and players.
Josh Edwards of CBS Sports released his latest 2021 NFL mock draft, where five alabama players are selected in the first round.
Here’s where they land:
26. Jacksonville Jaguars – Christian Barmore, DL
Barmore is one of the big men up front for the Crimson Tide defense. To start this season, he was originally projected around the top ten in the draft. However, slow production and some dissappointing games have caused him to slip. Edwards argues he will be there to make the Jacksonville defesive front “less porous.”
