One of the Oregon Ducks’ top defensive line prospects in the 2025 class announced his college commitment on Friday; four-star Trajen Odom committed to the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Odom, who took multiple visits to Eugene, chose Ohio State over Oregon, Georgia, USC, Colorado and UCLA. He took an official visit to the Ducks this month.
Odom is a highly rated prospect, rated by the 247Sports composite as the No. 283 overall player and No. 31 DL in the 2025 class. While he is committed to Ohio State, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Dan Lanning and his staff continue to recruit him in the coming months to see if they can get him to flip before the December signing period.
