With Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel and George Kittle already sidelined against the Los Angeles Rams, the injury bug continued to stick around the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
Following the 49ers’ stunning loss to the Rams, Kyle Shanahan revealed injuries from Sunday’s contest in Los Angeles. The 49ers head coach told reporters that starting defensive tackle Javon Hargrave suffered a triceps injury against the Rams. Shanahan noted that it might be a contusion. According to Matt Barrows of The Athletic, Hargrave will undergo tests this week.

Despite suffering an injury, Hargrave was able to get to the quarterback on Sunday. Hargrave recorded his first sack of the season against Matt Stafford. Hargrave added three tackles and a tackle for loss against the Rams.
