Ron Rivera and his squad put another check in the win column on Sunday evening with a dominant defensive performance against the San Francisco 49ers,  making it their fourth win in a row and giving them a one-game lead in the NFC East with very realistic chances at a playoff berth. It wasn’t a perfect game, by any means, and there was a ton for Washington to clean up and get better at, but it was a much-needed win that the Burgundy & Gold couldn’t afford to give up if they wanted their postseason dreams to stay alive and strong.
