4. Cornerback
Chicago is in the market for a new starting cornerback opposite Kyle Fuller. The Bears released Prince Amukamara earlier this offseason to save $9 million in salary cap space, and now they have a vacant spot to fill. While there are some options currently on their roster, they could also turn to the draft.
The Bears added CFL corner Tre Roberson this offseason, and he’ll get a chance to compete for the starting job with Kevin Toliver. Chicago is also likely to select a cornerback from a deep class in the NFL Draft. Players like A.J. Green, C.J. Henderon and A.J. Terrell might be available when the Bears’ second-round picks come along.
