Sam Darnold became the first player with a passing touchdown and rushing touchdown in the first quarter of a game this season.

The last player to complete this feat was Bills quarterback Josh Allen in Week 17 of the 2018 season against the Dolphins, per ESPN Stats and Info.

Darnold went 19-30 passing for 230 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. He also ran the ball three times for 25 yards and a two-yard score.
