Winston wasn’t the only quarterback selected first overall by the Buccaneers to throw 30 picks in a season. The OG was Vinny Testaverde, who threw a franchise-record 35 picks in 1988. Those 35 interceptions still rank second on the all-time list. Unlike Winston, however, Testaverde didn’t reach the 30 touchdown threshold to match his interceptions, as he tossed just 13 touchdowns along the way.
