Joshua Miller committed to Georgia in June of 2022 after decommitting from Penn State.
On Wednesday, Miller become the second player in the class of 2023 to sign with the Georgia Bulldogs.
A 3-star interior offensive lineman out of Colonial Heights, Virginia, Miller ranks as the nation’s No. 637 overall player, per 247Sports.
He stands at 6-foot-5 and weighs and 305 pounds.
