Shortly after Auburn named Zac Etheridge the program’s new defensive backs coach, the Tiger lost one of their oldest 2022 commits.
Andre Stewart, a three-star cornerback from Snellville, Georgia, announced on Friday that he has reopened his commitment. He had been commited since July 2019.

The 6-foot, 169-pound Stewart is the No. 34 cornerback and No. 361. prospect in the 2022 class according to 247Sports.
His de-commitment leaves Auburn with two commits in the 2022 class: 3-star star corners Brian Dilworth and Jarell Stinson.
