Don’t forget about Brown

For the first time, wide receiver Stefon Diggs was spotted and watched playing football in a Bills jersey. Various reports say he did not disappoint, even though no one is able to actually give much detail on the work he’s doing.

But evidently the biggest play of the day was the final one, and it included John Brown, not Diggs. Quarterback Josh Allen apparently tossed a deep ball down the field that could have traveled up to near 50 yards per Syracuse.com. But regardless, it sounds like it was a great play, even more so considering lockdown corner Tre’Davious White was in coverage and Allen still found a way to complete that pass on that play. The Bills are going to be needing that this season, and such a play here shows how important Diggs is to the offense. There’s going to be a trickle-down effect here with Diggs’ addition, and he’s an example of just that.
