3 running backs in 2020 draft who would make perfect complement to Josh Jacobs

AJ Dillon, Boston College

No back in this class has the combo of size and athleticism that Dillon possesses. Coming in at just over 6-foot and 247 pounds, he’s a load. I’m reminded of former Raiders fourth-round pick, Michael Bush.

Bush was selected the year before the Raiders got Darren McFadden with their top pick in the draft. And Bush was so good, many (including myself) wondered why the Raiders would still feel they needed to draft McFadden at all.

Regardless, they did, and for three seasons, McFadden and Bush shared a backfield. He was the smash to McFadden’s dash. At least when McFadden was healthy enough to dash.

Dillon has been smashing his way through defenses for three seasons at Boston College, putting up 4382 yards rushing and 40 combined touchdowns (!!!) both all-time program bests. He ran a respectable 4.53 40 which shows up on tape. And with his size, defenders have a tough time slowing down that train.
