3 goals for Nets’ Dorian Finney-Smith heading into training camp

With training camp getting closer every day, here are three goals for Brooklyn Nets forward Dorian Finney-Smith to strive for.

Brooklyn Nets forward Dorian Finney-Smith came to the team as part of the Kyrie Irving trade in which the All-Star guard was traded to the Dallas Mavericks close to the February trade deadline this past season. Since Finney-Smith came to Brooklyn, he has been one of the players depended on to be one of the better defenders as well as one of the players that the team needs to make an open shot when it’s available.

Finney-Smith did not shoot the ball with the Nets as well as he did with the Mavericks, but that regression in his shooting did not take away from his defense and his effort. With training camp quickly approaching, there are certain things that every player on Brooklyn’s roster will have to work on if they are going to be the best version of themselves for the upcoming season.
