5. Cincinnati Bengals – Dylan Moses, LB
Moses missed all of 2019 with a torn ACL, but was still expected to be a first-round selection. Instead, the Alabama standout decided to return. This move helps prove to NFL front offices that Moses is healthy, and is able to stay healthy. Assuming he plays at the same level he has prior to his injury, his draft value can only go up. Bengals stick with the SEC West for the second year in a row for their first-round selection.
