2026 Four-star TE visits Georgia football

Georgia football hosts a class of 2026 four-star tight end recruit

It has been a busy month for the Georgia Bulldogs; from the early-signing period to the transfer portal. Georgia doesn’t have to worry about playing a December game since they won the SEC championship, but the Bulldogs are looking to bolster their 2026 recruiting class.

The Bulldogs met with four-star recruit tight end Kaiden Prothro last week, according to Dawgs247 writer Benjamin Wolk. Prothro has had a busy week.

Prothro took home their third-straight state championship. He had the chance to visit Georgia, another championship-winning program, on the last day of the visit window.

Prothro, as mentioned, is a four-star recruit from Bowdon High School out of Bowdon, Georgia. He graduates in 2026. At 6-foot-6, and 210 pounds, he has the length of a tight end right now, and his tape shows breakneck speed and ankle-breaking agility.

His prestige earned him a spot on the Under Armour All-America Game on Jan. 2, 2025, where he’ll be playing with Georgia commits Elijah Griffin, CJ Wiley, Zayden Walker, Juan Gaston, and Ethan Barbour.

He was offered by Georgia on March 30, 2024. So far, many teams have offered him, including Florida State, where he’s visited unofficially twice, including the Seminoles’ game against North Carolina.
