Michigan State has dipped into the sunshine state to offer safety Clifton ‘CJ’ Hester. Hester is a native of Cocoa, Florida, attending Cocoa High School.
A 6-foot-1, 175 pound safety, Hester is ranked as a 4-star prospect by both On3 and ESPN, but is ranked a 3-star by 247Sports and Rivals.
