Skillsets
Jenkins is a run-stuffer with the ability to rush the quarterback. He has a great size body frame for an interior defensive lineman. Jenkins sheds blocks from opposing offensive linemen, making plays in the backfield. He can play defensive end due to his quickness and excellent footwork. Going into his junior season, Jenkins will continue to make plays in the backfield by splitting opposing double teams. When pass rushing, Jenkins has an excellent power rush and swim move to beat offensive linemen.
Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano will welcome the young prospect to his program, looking to add a potential star to his defensive linemen group.
