2025 5-Star CB set to visit Texas A&M on Saturday, Sept. 2

Texas A&M will host 2025 five-star CB Devin Sanchez, who recently visited the Aggies during their annual recruiting pool party last month.

Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class is still in its beginning stages, entering the Aggies 2023 football season, as several high-priority prospects will make their way to College Station this fall to take in the incredible atmosphere a packed Kyle Field has to offer.

Wanting to start things off with a bang, the defensive prospect Head Coach Jimbo Fisher has set his sights on, like nearly every blue-blood program in the country, is 2025 five-star cornerback Devin Sanchez, who recently visited the Aggies late last month during their annual recruiting pool party.

Sanchez released his current Top 10 program list earlier this month, which includes Ohio State, Michigan, LSU, Alabama, Oregon, Florida State, Oklahoma, USC, Texas, and Texas A&M.

Fresh off his first game during his senior season at North Shore (TX), Sanchez reportedly displayed yet another impressive performance in coverage, utilizing every bit of his impressive 6-2 170-pound frame with the ability to match up with any receiver in man or zone.

After the game, it was announced that Sanchez would take another unofficial visit next Saturday during the Aggie’s 2023 season opener vs. New Mexico, as future prospects will finally have to the opportunity to see the Aggies in action on the gridiron.

Sanchez’s size and skillset markedly resemble former North Shore and Texas A&M cornerback Denver Harris, who transferred to LSU this offseason due to several off-the-field incidents that plagued his future with the program. Sanchez’s 2022 sophomore season is just a small his ability at the position, recording 38 tackles, four interceptions, and 18 pass breakups.

According to 247Sports Composite, Sanchez is currently positioned as the 7th-ranked prospect in the 2024 class, the 2nd-ranked cornerback back, and the No.1-ranked player in Texas, as he is set to enter his senior season at North Shore (TX).
