The Alabama Crimson Tide continues to have profound success on the recruiting trail under the new coaching staff. On Wednesday, 2025 four-star edge rusher Justin Hill committed to the Crimson Tide over Ohio State, Oregon, and USC.
Hill took an official visit to all four of his finalists. Ultimately, it was Kalen DeBoer and the Alabama coaching staff that earned his verbal commitment.
The native of Cincinnati, Ohio is one of the premier pass rushers in the 2025 recruiting class. Hill is listed at 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds. He was recruited by the Crimson Tide to play the Wolf position. In Alabama’s defense, the wolf position is similar to an outside linebacker that can also be used as a defensive end at times.
Hill’s commitment gives the Crimson Tide a total of 22 commitments for the ’25 recruiting class. He is the second Wolf target that Alabama has landed in the ’25 recruiting cycle alongside fellow four-star and future teammate Dawson Merritt.
