It’s a bit early, but the 2024 NFL draft scene is here and it’s about to turn into full gear after Super Bowl 58 between the Chiefs and 49ers concludes.
As far as the Bills are concerned, the name Troy Franklin is one to keep in mind during the early stages of the offseason according to our friends at the NFL Wire.
In a post-Senior Bowl mock draft, the Oregon wide receiver is sent to the Bills at the No. 28 overall pick.
Franklin is a tall, 6-foot-3 playmaker that should put up yardage in the pros thanks to a strong ability to create separation, according to NFL.com. However, he does come with a smaller 180-pound frame.
This past season, Oregon had a promising season and Franklin played his part. He put up 81 catches, 1,383 yards and 14 touchdowns in 13 games played.
In a world with Franklin going to the Bills, it’s likely that Gabe Davis leaves in free agency.
