[autotag]Debron Gatling[/autotag] is a 2024, four-star, 6-foot-2, 175-pound, wide receiver from Alpharetta, Georgia, where he plays for Milton High School.
Gatling recently released his top eight schools consisting of LSU, Alabama, Miami, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Penn State, Tennessee and Texas A&M. He has now announced his commitment date and will make his decision public on Dec. 11.
His commitment would be a very nice Christmas present for [autotag]Brian Kelly[/autotag] and his staff. The commitment comes a little over a week after LSU plays the Georgia Bulldogs for the SEC Championship in Atlanta, and a little less than two weeks before [autotag]Desmond Ricks[/autotag] announces his commitment.
December could be a huge month for LSU football in many ways, but the Tigers still have to get through the Texas A&M Aggies this Saturday in College Station.
