2024 Bills record prediction hits the over

2024 #Bills record prediction hits the over:

The Buffalo Bills have some doubters heading into the 2024 offseason.

Our friends at the NFL Wire are not among them.

Predictions for every team’s 2024 record were released at Touchdown Wire and the Bills have a promising number: 13.

That’s the number of wins Buffalo was projected to have. In earning that number, the Bills hit the over in terms of win totals with oddsmakers in 2024.

At DraftKings, Buffalo’s number was set at 10.5. With a projected 13-4 overall mark, this type of number could easily help the team win a fifth-straight AFC East title as well.

The full projection for the Bills via TD Wire can be found below:

The Buffalo Bills have been in a bit of a nightmare slump that would make any fan pull the hair out of their head. Stone walled the last few seasons by the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs, it’s been a continued nightmare that the team seemingly cannot escape. The team returns MVP contending quarterback Josh Allen, now minus his usual crew of defensive studs and receiving weapons. After losing Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis in the offseason, and a few veteran defenders, the Bills are a bit of a new look team who are hoping these changes can get them over the proverbial hump that is the reigning Super Bowl champions.

While the losses on both sides of the ball can appear on the surface as brutal, it’s hard to say that Stefon Diggs was his prime self or that Gabe Davis was a true world beater. Drafting Florida State receiver Keon Coleman should help alleviate some of the offensive pressure and help immensely in goal line situations. Second year tight end Dalton Kincaid figures to be the primary offensive weapon, along with budding stars James Cook and Khalil Shakir. The defense should remain fine under defensive whiz Sean McDermott, and veterans Taylor Rapp and Matt Milano should help sustain the usual consistency the team has experienced.

Josh Allen is ultimately going to be the force that moves the team forward like years before, and given he is one of the best football players in all the NFL, Buffalo should see another winning season. The losses are a bit overstated for a team with a solid coaching staff and well built core and the Bills are primed to get another shot at their all too familiar rivals in the playoffs.

Record prediction: 13-4
