2024 5-star WR Cam Coleman is visting Texas A&M this weekend

Texas A&M is reportedely in the midst of hosting standout 2024 5-star wide receiver Cam Coleman this weekend.

Amidst Texas A&M Baseball’s run in the SEC Tournament this week, head coach Jimbo Fisher and his staff have been hard at work, as it has been reported that 2024 five-star wide receiver Cam Coleman is visiting College Station this weekend.

According to 247Sports, Coleman, who is entering his senior season at Central High School in Phenix City, Alabama, is currently positioned as the 17th-ranked player in the 2024 cycle, the 5th-ranked wide receiver prospect, and the 3rd-ranked player in the always talent-rich state of Alabama.

Standing at 6-3 and just over 180 pounds, Coleman is the definition of size, speed, and athleticism while showing incredible agility and fluidity as an athlete in space, possessing the straight-line speed and explosiveness off the line of scrimmage needed to excel at the next level. His height and athletic frame are the building blocks to develop into a No.1 receiving option at the X position for the Aggies, who are still looking to replace what they lost in former 2022 five-star receiver Chris Marshall.

During his 2022 junior season, Coleman recorded 31 receptions for 542 yards and six touchdowns. After taking an unofficial visit to Texas A&M on April 15, the fact that he’s already back for a second visit just a month later is a positive sign moving forward.
