2024 4-star WR Jaylan Hornsby set to visit Texas A&M in June

2024 4-star WR Jaylan Hornsby is set to visit Texas A&M this June after announcing his plans via Twitter

Texas A&M is preparing for their long and arduous recruiting push this summer, as a number of high-profile prospects are set to descend upon College Station and while some dates have yet to be confirmed, one player has dotted the I’s and crossed the T’s as 2024 4-star wide receiver Jaylan Hornsby all the way out of New Jersey will take an official campus visit on June 16 through the 18th.

Hailing from Camden, New Jersey to be exact, Hornsby is ranked as the 55th wide receiver and 11th-ranked player in New Jersey, while being heavily pursued by Rutgers and Penn State. However, after offering the rising pass catcher on March 27th, Aggies head coach Jimbo Fisher has been dead set on earning a spot among his preferred programs list, and knowing Fisher’s success in recruiting talent from the east coast, it’s no surprise that Hornsby has become a priority recruit for the Maroon and White.

Standing at 6-2 and 195 pounds, Hornsby recorded 23 receptions for 441 yards and 2 touchdowns in 8 games during his 2022 junior campaign. His size, speed, and athleticism in the open field are displayed throughout his sophomore and junior tape, notably excelling in the screen game.
