2024 4-Star linebacker Jordan Lockhart set to visit Texas A&M in June

Texas A&M has a full slate of 2024 recruits set to visit in June, now including 4-star linebacker Jordan Lockhart

Texas A&M and head coach Jimbo Fisher have their hands full this summer, as a number of high-profile 2024 prospects are set to descend upon College Station, Texas in June, with the hopes that relationships are developed, and hopefully, commitments come swiftly.

While each one of the visiting players possesses equally exciting skill sets, four-star linebacker Jordan Lockhart out of St. John Bosco in California not only potentially fills a future need at a vital position, but would bring a level of athleticism and versatility to an Aggies LB rotation that will experience major attrition after the 2023 season.

According to 247Sports, Lockhart is ranked as the 30th linebacker and the 28th-ranked player in California in the 2024 cycle. Listed at 6-3 and 230 pounds, Lockhart has received offers from Alabama, Michigan, USC, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, and dozens of other notable FBS programs, so yes, the Aggies have some serious competition ahead of them.

Set visit from Friday, June 9 to Sunday, June 11, Lockhart is set to spend more time with Fisher and his staff, especially defensive coordinator and linebacker coach D.J Durkin.
