2023 Miami Dolphins Super Bowl odds with conference, division and win total best bets

Analyzing 2023 NFL Super Bowl odds for the Dolphins, including best bets for win total, conference and division titles.

The Miami Dolphins made the playoffs for the 1st time since 2016 last season, but they haven’t won their division since 2008. Entering with high expectations, they’ll undoubtedly look to change that.

The Dolphins didn’t do much in free agency, although they did lose LB Elandon Roberts to Pittsburgh and TE Mike Gesicki to New England. They added QB Mike White which should add some depth and capability to their quarterback room.

Ultimately, it was a quiet offseason for Miami, a team destined to have one of the league’s most lethal offenses.

Below, we look at the Miami Dolphins’ 2023 NFL Super Bowl odds from FanDuel Sportsbook along with projected win total, playoff, conference and division odds as we make our best NFL picks and predictions.

Dolphins over/under win total

Odds provided by FanDuel Sportsbook – last updated May 14 at 5 p.m. ET; access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list.

  • 9.5 wins: (Over: -110 | Under: -110)

The Dolphins forfeited their 1st-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, so they added CB Cam Smith and RB Devon Achane with their 1st 2 picks (No. 51 and No. 84 respectively). They did not add to their lacking offensive line. Left guard and right tackle could hamper what QB Tua Tagovailoa can do. With 2 concussions last season, Tagovailoa may not hold up long.

With QB Aaron Rodgers in the division as well as the Patriots improvements in the draft, taking the UNDER 9.5 (-110) is the only way to play the win total. There’s too much unknown with Tagovailoa and the additional inner-division competition.

Dolphins Super Bowl odds

  • +2500 (bet $100 to win $2,500)

Miami is tied with the 10th-shortest odds to win it all. The Kansas City Chiefs (+600) are the favorites, followed by the Philadelphia Eagles (+850). The Dolphins are tied with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Los Angeles Chargers

At +2500, the Dolphins have an implied probability of winning the Super Bowl of 3.8% or 25/1 fractional odds. The Houston Texans and Arizona Cardinals have the longest odds at +18000.

Backing the DOLPHINS (+2500) to win the Super Bowl for a 25-to-1 payoff is worth a small wager.

Will the Dolphins make the playoffs?

  • Yes -105 | No -115

Since the NFL expanded its playoff format in 2021, it is a tad easier to get in. Miami is in a difficult conference with the AFC North having talents like Baltimore, Cincinnati and Cleveland. The AFC West has Seattle that will need a Wild Card spot and then the AFC East will likely try to put 3 teams in there.

It is too much for a team that could struggle if Tagovailoa goes down. I’d rather back the NO (-115) here given the strength of other divisions and reliance on their main facilitator that was injury prone to end last season.

Odds to win AFC East Division

  • Bills +130 (bet $175 to win $130)
  • Jets +250 (bet $100 to win $250)
  • Dolphins +290 (bet $100 to win $650)
  • Patriots +750 (bet $100 to win $750)

Miami’s implied probability of winning the AFC East is 25.6% or 2.9/1 fractional odds. There are too many threats with the Jets as a strong contender and QB Josh Allen‘s Bills as the favorite. PASS.

Dolphins odds to win AFC

  • +1200 (bet $100 to win $1,200)

Between the conference and division odds, playing the Dolphins to win the AFC makes the most sense. Winning this division won’t be easy, and it will require double-digit wins which will put any team in the running for the top AFC spot.

Tagovailoa has the talented players around him to make it happen. It will be moreso on their secondary, which is why they added Smith in the 2nd round. If they can stay healthy, the upside is there, and the DOLPHINS (+1200) to win the AFC could be worth a sprinkle.
