Week 8 of the 2023 college softball season has concluded.
Tennessee (29-3, 10-2 SEC) defeated Texas A&M (22-13, 5-7 SEC), 9-2, Sunday at Davis Diamond in College Station, Texas.
Sunday’s victory clinched a three-game series win for the Lady Vols.
Tennessee was victorious, 2-1 in 10 innings, Friday in the series opener.
Texas A&M won, 3-1, Saturday in Game 2.
The Lady Vols will next host the Tennessee Invitational, Thursday and Friday, at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium.
Tennessee will play Mercer (12:30 p.m. EDT) and Baylor (3 p.m. EDT) on Thursday. The Lady Vols will play Baylor (12:30 p.m. EDT) and Mercer (3 p.m. EDT) on Friday.
