With the way Oklahoma utilized Mark Andrews in its offensive scheme as a vertical and horizontal threat, more tight ends are being drawn to OU. The squad’s current mismatch over the middle of the field, Austin Stogner, joined the Sooners as a result of seeing Andrews’ production. The Sooners are now in the running for a top tight end in the 2022 recruiting cycle.
On Monday, four-star prospect Jaleel Skinner released his top 10 programs. Along with Oklahoma, Florida, Clemson, Alabama, Arizona State, Miami, Florida State, Oregon, LSU and Texas comprised the list.
According to 247Sports, Skinner is ranked the No. 3 tight end in the 2022 recruiting class and the No. 2 prospect in South Carolina.
