At least two of the Buffalo Bills’ picks at the 2022 NFL draft understood the assignment.
In the second round, the Bills landed running back James Cook. On Day 3, punter Matt Araiza ended up landing in Buffalo in the sixth round.
Upon the dust settling, both Cook and Araiza took to their social media accounts on Twitter and sent out pretty similar messages. The two were catering to Bills Mafia.
Picked on the second day of the event, Cook first sent out a GIF message of a Buffalo fan doing the timeless tradition of jumping through a table:

Then the kicker followed.
Araiza had a bit of a different idea with his tweet. Rather than showing someone else doing the leap of faith, he suggested he’ll do it himself:
SOMEONE GET ME A TABLE!! https://t.co/mIr2tYt8LT

We’ll have to wait and see if Araiza pulls the stunt off. It’ll have to be in a safe environment, of course–and potentially right leg first since that left one gave Araiza the nickname “Punt God.”
