Yet another Wisconsin offensive lineman is headed to the NFL. Wisconsin Badger offensive lineman Cole Van Lanen is a Green Bay Packer.
The Bay Port, Wisconsin, native was once a four-star recruit and the No. 2 overall player in the Badger State class of 2016. He is staying home in the NFL as the Packers selected Van Lanen with the 214th pick in the 2021 NFL draft.
Van Lanen is the third Badger selected. Defensive lineman Isaiahh Loudermilk went earlier today to Pittsburgh, and cornerback Rachad Wildgoose went one pick before Van Lanen to the Buffalo Bills.

The Packers add always needed offensive line depth, and a Badger stays home as a pro.
