The Panthers won for the first time in six weeks on Sunday. The victory over the Lions pushed their record to 4-7 on the season. It also bumped them back a slot in the order to pick in next year’s NFL draft.
Here is the updated 2021 draft order after Week 11’s games, according to Tankathon.
1. New York Jets (0-10)
2. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-9)
3. Cincinnati Bengals (2-7-1)
4. Dallas Cowboys (3-7)
5. Washington Football Team (3-7)
6. Los Angeles Chargers (3-7)
7. New York Giants (3-7)
8. Atlanta Falcons (3-7)
9. Miami Dolphins (via 3-7 Houston Texans)
10. Carolina Panthers (4-7)
11. Detroit Lions (4-6)
12. Minnesota Vikings (4-6)
13. New England Patriots (4-6)
14. San Francisco 49ers (4-6)
15. Denver Broncos (4-6)
16. Chicago Bears (5-5)
17. Miami Dolphins (6-4)
18. Baltimore Ravens (6-4)
— Playoff teams —
19. Philadelphia Eagles (3-6-1)
20. Arizona Cardinals (6-4)
21. Las Vegas Raiders (6-4)
22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-4)
23. Indianapolis Colts (7-3)
24. Cleveland Browns (7-3)
25. New York Jets (via 7-3 Seattle Seahawks)
26. Green Bay Packers (7-3)
27. Tennessee Titans (7-3)
28. Buffalo Bills (7-3)
29. Jacksonville Jaguars (via 7-3 LA Rams)
30. Kansas City Chiefs (9-1)
31. New Orleans Saints (8-2)
32. Pittsburgh Steelers (10-0)
A top-10 pick is a nice thing to have. However, we’re still expecting this team to pick up some more wins down the stretch. Minnesota, Denver and Washington are all beatable. It’s unlikely they will land in the top 10 if they win all three.
