The New York Giants have gotten off to an excellent start in the 2020 NFL Draft. In Round 1, they grabbed the most complete and game-ready offensive tackle in Georgia’s Andrew Thomas.
On Friday night, they snared the nation’s top safety, Xavier McKinney of Alabama, in the second round. In Round 3, General manager Dave Gettleman — who is intent on fixing the offensive line once and for all — selected a developmental offensive tackle in UConn’s Matt Peart.
