A winner who has seen some huge moments, Terrell would bring versatility to an Eagles secondary that needs it. Terrell had six interceptions in 44 career games (30 starts) over three seasons at Clemson, but will be remembered for his final performance in the national title-game loss to LSU and Ja’Marr Chase.
