FBS Wins: Victories over FBS teams – no credit given for scheduling an FCS program.
Ranking Programs 1-130 By FBS Wins | By Conference

Attendance Score: This is what funds everything else. It’s the average of the attendance divided by 1,000 for the score – average 21,698 fans per game over five years, get a score of 2.17.

Quality Wins: Wins over FBS teams that finished with winning records.
Ranking Programs 1-130 By Quality Wins | By Conference

Elite Wins: Wins over FBS teams that finished with two losses or fewer, or on the road over teams that finished with three losses or fewer. An extra 0.5 added for a win over a two-loss team on the road. Bowls count, too.
