When the Bills take a visit to Tennessee to face the Titans in 2020, Ryan Tannehill will likely be their quarterback for that game.
Titans Wire writes that Tannehill’s contract is a four-year deal worth $118 million. Of that, $62 million is guaranteed. Tannehill, 31, led the Titans from a 2-4 start in 2019, which included a loss to the Bills, to a playoff berth and near trip to the Super Bowl.
Tannehill, the former first-round pick of the Miami Dolphins, was also named the NFL’s Comeback Player of the Year. In total, Tannehill appeared in 12 games for the Titans last season, throwing for 2,742 yards, 22 touchdowns, and six interceptions.
Also included in this Tannehill update is everyone’s favorite storyline: Tom Brady. With Tannehill back with the Titans, that’s one team that won’t be signing Brady, who’s slated to hit free agency next week. Brady going back to the Patriots appears to still be on the table, too.
