Fancy stats support him
Pro Football Focus gets to the deep-diving stats and guess what? They had good things to say about Moss, along with those other already mentioned positive ones.
Per the football analytics out, Moss forced a missed tackle on 38 percent of his rushes in 2019. That’s the most for any rusher with 150-plus carries in a season since 2014. After the catch, Moss had college football most yards on average, 15.1. His passer rating when targeted was also the third best in college football (141.7).
But wait, there’s more. Who broke the second-most tackles in college football with 83? That’s right, Moss. For what it’s worth, his 91.5 overall running back grade was PFF’s second-best as well.
I love Zack Moss's game. He's got first round talent. Great value for the Buffalo Bills. @PresMoss2
