Byron Scott was a famous player on the “Showtime” Lakers. He shared the backcourt with Magic Johnson. Scott played for three teams and scored 15,097 points in his career. He coached the Nets for three-plus seasons, going 149-139. His teams in New Jersey twice made the NBA Finals.
