Sean Santella

Record: 23-7-1
Age: 35
Height: 5’5″
Birthplace:
Budd Lake, N.J.

Regionally, [autotag]Sean Santella[/autotag] has fought pretty much everyone and anyone. Since his pro debut in 2008, Santella has competed for notable promotions Ring of Combat, CFFC, and V3 Fights. The current CFFC flyweight champion has won seven of eight, including victories over current CES flyweight champion Blaine Shutt and UFC veteran Naoki Inoue. In 2016, Santella was inked to the UFC – a dream come true. However, he had an issue with his pre-fight medicals and his UFC 201 bout versus Wilson Reis was scrapped. Since then, Santella has been trying to burst into the big leagues. Despite clearly being one of the best 125-pounders out there, Santella has been passed over. If the promotion questions his abilities, they should throw him on DWCS and let him rid doubt.

Jared Scoggins

Record: 9-1
Age: 25
Height: 5’7″
Birthplace:
South Carolina

The younger brother of UFC and RIZIN veteran Justin Scoggins, [autotag]Jared Scoggins[/autotag] brings a lot of the same excitement. Competing at a weight class 10 lighter than his brother, Jared mirrors a lot of Justin’s abilities. In 10 pro fights, Jared Scoggins has only lost once. He holds four finishes – all by knockout. While he hasn’t competed since September 2018, Scoggins is still active in the gym. He was scheduled to headline LFA 79 against promotional champion Brandon Royval in November 2019. However, Scoggins had to pull out due to injury. With Royval appearing on DWCS, it’ll make sense if Scoggins follows suit.
