No. 1 overall pick Zion Williamson showed little rust in a video posted of the New Orleans Pelicans practicing on Saturday at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida.
Williamson looked to be in mid-season form in the video after throwing down several dunks, including a 360 attempt during a fastbreak situation. Williamson looked to be extremely active throughout the clip and faced little resistance getting to the basket.
Williamson said that he worked out every day with his stepfather during quarantine and returned to the Pelicans practice facility in visibly better shape. He said that he worked a lot on his fundamental skills, which was on full display in the video from practice.

Saturday marked just the second time the Pelicans scrimmaged together as a complete team so it is likely hard to take too much away from his performance considering guys are still getting back into the swing of things. However, he sure looked to be ready to play.
Williamson will be returning with a few new tools in his bag, which figures to be fun to watch once the Pelicans begin the season restart on July 30 against the Utah Jazz.
